Platform Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service and any content generated through it complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Community Policies.

You may not:

• Use our AI generation to create spam or content that violates platform safety rules.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in QuickPost.
• Use automated scripts to scrape data from our interface.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you share with QuickPost. By using the service, you grant us a license to use your content solely for the purpose of generating AI results and improving your voice training model.

4. Disclaimer on Results

QuickPost's AI-generated content is provided "as is". While we aim to help you maintain momentum and consistency, we do not guarantee specific growth metrics, follower gains, or "viral" results.You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before posting.

5. Subscriptions & Promos

Our "3-Month Promo" is a limited-time early access offer. At the end of the promo period, your subscription will renew at the then-current standard rate, unless canceled.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our company's jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
